Data accessed

When an agency user signs in with Google, CareMano accesses only the Google user data provided through Google Identity Services, also known as Sign In With Google. This consists of the user’s basic Google account profile information: name and email address. This data is contained in the credential token returned by Google after the user consents on the Google sign-in prompt.

CareMano does not access Google Calendar events, Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, or any other Google user data through Google Sign-In. The only Google data accessed for sign-in is the name and email address returned during authentication.

CareMano does not access Google user data unless the user has granted permission through Google’s OAuth consent process.

Data usage

CareMano uses Google user data only to provide the authentication feature the user requested. The email address is used to create or match the user’s CareMano account. The name may be used as the display name on the account.

CareMano does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics. CareMano does not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence models.

Data sharing

CareMano does not sell Google user data. CareMano does not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to operate authentication, host and secure the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and security of users and CareMano.

Storage and deletion

Google Sign-In profile data may be stored with the user account so that the user can sign in and access the service. Users may request account deletion or deletion of Google profile data by contacting CareMano through the Contact page or the email address listed in this policy.

Data retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, operate the website, maintain business records, improve CareMano, or comply with legal obligations.
