After a successful request, the CareMano team follows up about your demo and whether the pilot fits your agency. A request does not book an appointment.

How a pilot starts

  1. Discuss fit with a person. The team reviews your request and talks through your agency’s workflows.
  2. The operator creates your workspace. If a pilot is agreed, our team creates the agency workspace and invites the founding administrator by email.
  3. Accept the invitation. Use the invited email address, then sign in at app.caremano.com.

Submitting a demo form does not create an account. If an expected invitation does not arrive, contact the CareMano team.
